medium zucchini, cut into chunks
4 organic eggs

pitted soft dates
¼
c melted ghee or coconut oil

t vanilla
½
c coconut flour

T cinnamon

t baking soda
1 T apple cider vinegar
¼
t sea salt

c chopped cacao paste or healthy chocolate chip
-preheat
oven to 350F. add
zucchini chunks, dates, eggs, ghee, and vanilla to a blender and blend until
smooth. add
the coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, apple cider vinegar and sea salt and
blend once again until thoroughly mixed. stir in chopped cacao paste & pour
into a regular sized well greased (or parchment lined) loaf pan. bake for 60
minutes, cool & enjoy!
