creamy majik bliss bites



these nutrient + protein packed fat bombs are melt-in-your-mouth goood. i always have stuff like this in my freezer for quick + easy nourishment. also perfect for travel!

1 c raw organic macadamia nuts
1 c raw organic brazil nuts
1 c organic unsweetened shredded coconut
-in a food processor, grind the above ingredients finely, then add:
3/4 c organic coconut flour
1 c organic almond flour
1/4 c vanilla collagen peptides
2-3 t blue spirulina (as desired for color)
-blend again well, then add in:
2 T organic vanilla bean ghee
1/4 t sea salt
1/2 t cardamom
1 t pearl powder
few drops of vanilla stevia to taste
-blend until smooth & roll into balls. sprinkle with bee pollen, goji, & organic dried flowers.
store in fridge or freezer.




lion's mane mulberry mylk


a sweet shroomy treat to sip on while you work to boost your brain power!

10 oz filtered water
2 T mulberries
2 T coconut butter
1 t gelatinized maca powder
1 t lions mane mushroom powder
1/2 t he shou wu
pinch of sea salt, cardamom, & vanilla bean powder
-blend on high until very smooth. serve warm or chilled.

lion’s mane mushroom is made up of 20% protein. both scientific and medical studies reveal this mushroom delivers remarkable brain support by activating essential peptides needed to grow, restore, & strengthen neuron activity in the brain. 
mid-afternoon it works like magic! 


reishi chia dream pudding




for dessert, (or dinner!) before bed to calm your whole body and give you a more restful
sleep.
reishi is one of my favorite mushrooms to use because it is so calming for high stress people (everyone?).
use this to chill out:


1 c homemade nut or coconut milk
1 t dual extracted reishi powder
1/2 t ashwagandha
pinch of cardamom + sea salt
2 T chia seeds
few drops of stevia to taste
(option to add a scoop of your favorite collagen creamer/protein)


-add it all to a jar, put on the lid and shake it up super well. set in fridge for 5+ hours or overnight. stir it up again & sprinkle on some coconut, cacao nibs, & fresh berries!
