macadamia mint chip green milkshake
creamy + fresh. simple + nutritious.
a staple here in these hot months!
add to your blender:
1/2 c full fat coconut milk
1/4 c raw macadamia nuts
2 scoops vanilla collagen protein
1/4 t vanilla bean powder
1/2 t ashwagandha (or any of your favorite adaptogens! i like to switch it up daily)
handful of fresh mint leaves
10 drops peppermint essential oil
1 c packed dark leafy greens
1/2 c ice
-blend until smooth & creamy, then pulse in 2 T raw cacao nibs or chopped cacao paste, if chocolate is your thing (:
serves 2.

roasted veggies swimming in the creamiest, cheesiest (vegetable loaded+dairy free!) sauce
a good staple to keep in the fridge for dunking and dressing. and getting in those hidden veggies!
how to:
chop & steam one large head of broccoli until tender (stems too!). add to a high speed blender with the following:
few handfuls of spinach
1/3 c soaked raw brazil nuts (or cashews)
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c nutritional yeast
1 T evoo or ev avocado oil
pinch of sea salt+black pepper
bone broth or water as needed for desired consistency
-blend until super creamy, adding liquid of choice until you get a thick consistency to use it as a cheese for veggies, nachos, etc.. or add a little more liquid to use it as pasta/salad dressing, OR you could even add another cup or so of broth to make a creamy broccoli cheese soup! so many options!
i roasted golden & red beets, sweet potatoes, & brussels sprouts & added a few flax crackers + a load of fresh cilantro.

totally grain + sweetener + egg + nut free!
totally quick + easy + fool proof. dev approves. probably the easiest & yummiest snack i’ve made in a while! new staple at our house.
1/2 c softened coconut butter
1/2 c warm water + few drops of stevia if you want them sweeter! i didn’t find it necessary though
1/2 c vanilla collagen protein powder
1 c coconut flour
-in a small bowl, mix coconut butter + stevia water until smooth. add all other ingredients and form into small 1” balls. roll in tocos powder (tastes like powdered sugar! but totally rad for your skin) + sprinkle with flaked sea salt & set in fridge until firm.

juicy + sweet + salty blackberry-beet-cabbage summer salad
salad:
2 c red cabbage, sliced very thin
1/2 c raw beets, sliced very thin
1 c celery, sliced thin
1 c fresh blackberries
1/4 c dried mulberries
1/4 c sprouted nut/seed of your choice
dressing:
2 T raw almond butter
2 T lemon juice
1 T evoo or ev avocado oil
1” fresh peeled ginger
sea salt + pepper to taste
-blend until smooth. toss well with salad (mix with your hands!)
one of those better-as-it-sits kind of dishes!
serve up with a little avo or feta + fresh herbs if that’s your thing! also tossed in wild caught salmon & fresh watermelon instead of blackberries day 2 of leftovers and it was tastyyyy tasty.
perfect dish to meal prep so you can have something quick & healthy all week!

CORDYCEPS {sprouted} granola
for those wanting a reallll boost to your cardiovascular and overall performance.
+ high in healthy fat keeping you fuller, happier, longer.
++ sprouted, as always, for optimal digestion/assimilation of nutrients.
1 c coconut flakes
1 c sprouted pumpkin seeds
1 c pistachios
1 c pecans or walnuts
1/2 c dried goji berries
1/2 c dried mulberries
4 t dual extracted cordyceps mushroom
1 t cardamom
1/4 t sea salt
1/4 c melted coconut butter
2 T melted ghee or coconut oil
pinch of vanilla bean powder
few drops of stevia (optional if you need it sweeter for your liking!)
-add all dry ingredients to a food processor and pulse several times to the consistency of your liking.
-blend wet ingredients together until smooth & combine with dry mixture well.
-bake at 325F 15-20 min, stirring half way, or to keep raw, dehydrate to your liking.

coco-cacao vanilla bean ghee beauty cups
chocolate:
1/2 c chopped cacao paste gently melted
1 t vanilla bean ghee
2 drops vanilla stevia
filling:
1/2 c coconut butter, melted
2 drops vanilla bean stevia
-mix well and divide into 2 bowls. stir 1-2 t beet root powder into one and 1 t blue majik into the other.
-pour chocolate into bottom of lined mini cupcake tins, set in freezer until firm, then a layer of coconut, set in freezer, then top off with chocolate, a sprinkle of flaked sea salt, and set in freezer until firm. store in fridge.
best chocolate fix!

sprouted coco-sun milk (no strain) + added pearl & he shou wu for SKIN MAGIC
2 minutes and you have the tastiest milk:
1 c sprouted sunflower seeds
1/4 c coconut butter
4 c filtered water
vanilla stevia to taste (optional)
pinch of sea salt
-blend on high a few minutes until extra creamy, then gently blend in:
1 t pearl (optional-for skin beauty!)
1 t he shou wu (optional for longevity & hair health)
-taste for sweetness. stores in fridge up to 5 days.

world’s best zucchini fries
also world’s easiest!!
we’ve made these dairy free, egg free, grain free zucchini fries like 5 times in the past couple weeks cause dev keeps requesting them! seriously too easy. give it a go:
3 washed zucchini, cut into slices 1/4” thick
4 T nutritional yeast
1-2 T acv
2 T ev. avocado oil
1/2 t hing spice (or your fav spices)
1 t dried basil
1/4 t sea salt
1/4 t black pepper
-preheat oven to 425F.
-mix all ingredients together and coat zucchini spears. lay out on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15-25 minutes until done to your liking.
-dev likes to dunk them in a little primal kitchens ranch dressing.
