and I used almost 100% local, fresh, in season ingredients which made it even better!
delicious served up with my tahini toast or some raw flax crackers & takes 5 minutes from start to finish.
here's what you need:
1 large ripe avocado
1 cucumber
1/4 sweet onion
2 T nutritional yeast
1 T each: evoo, lemon juice, acv
1/4 t high quality salt
1/4 t chili powder
optional: 1 - 2 T hemp protein or hemp seeds
1 c filtered water
-add everything to a high speed food processor all at once and blend until super smooth! pour into bowls, top with fresh micro greens & paprika, serve with toast or crackers. savor.
