simple, healthy & perfect for a pre/post workout. zero sugar. all the good fats & proteins and vitamins and minerals and antioxidants.. you get it.
oh, and alllll the good taste.
easy to whip up in a few minutes:
2 semi-ripe avocados
1 c full fat coconut milk
1/4 c coconut butter
1/2 c cacao powder
2 T greens powder (optional. but nutrients, guys)
3 T unflavored collagen protein
1 T chia seeds (optional)
2 t vanilla extract
stevia to taste
-blend all ingredients until smooth. process in an ice cream maker to freeze, adding in cacao nibs or chopped cacao paste the last few minutes of freezing. (if you don't have an ice cream maker, get your crap together & buy one. ha! or, put mixture in a dish & set in freezer, stirring every 30 minutes until frozen). alternatively enjoy as pudding.
