sprouted pumpkin seed, lemon rind + green olive spread / dip
1 c raw sprouted organic pumpkin seeds
1/2 c pitted organic green olives
juice + zest of 1 large organic lemon
1 T nutritional yeast
pinch of black pepper
water or bone broth to desired consistency
-pulse/blend to your desired texture.
use to spread, dunk, or dress. it’s delightful!

my acupuncturist and doctor’s orders are: more red meat!
i’m not usually a fan... good quality is expensive. it’s hard to cook right (for me). & never sounds good. ...but i’m figuring out how i can enjoy it!

dehydrated beet chips
scoop of my pumpkin-lemon-green olive dip (SO good. recipe in previous post)
drizzle of ev organic oo + acv
