fish: heat 1 t coconut oil in a large skillet and add 2 wild caught salmon or tuna fillets. season with s + p + sumac spice & cook until deep golden brown & crispy before flipping. once finished to your liking, transfer to a plate and serve with avocado salsa: 1 large avocado, cubed 1/2 c diced cucumber 1 T diced green onion large handful chopped fresh cilantro s + p to taste -mix in a large bowl. add to fish & drizzle with lime juice before serving!
