a little late night heaven... seed cycling for my body’s cycle. black sesame is so dense with nutrients, and i loooove the taste with just about anything. no straining needed for this sweet treat!
2 T organic raw black tahini 2 T soaked dried organic goji berries 11/2c filtered water 1 T tocos pinch of sea salt + cardamom 1/4 t ashwagandha (calming. hormone nourishing) 1/2 t reishi mushroom powder (chill out + deep sleep!) -blend on high until very smooth. drink warm or chilled.
